Lindsay Stanley, BCBA, LMHP
Owner, Clinical Supervisor
Lindsay began her career working with children diagnosed with autism in 2001 implementing ABA Therapy in the home. Lindsay has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst since 2009 and a Nebraska Licensed Mental Health Practitioner since 2011. She is a board member of Autism Family Network as well as ARC of Lincoln and has a passion for supporting children and families. Lindsay is married with two young girls and enjoys traveling and home renovating projects.

Anna Delaney, BCBA
Clinical Director
Anna Delaney began her career working with children diagnosed with autism in 2008 and has experience working in both in-home and center based programs. Anna has over five years of experience implementing ABA therapy with children with autism and has a passion for serving children and families in the autism community. Anna is married with a son and twin girls. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with family.

Brigette Morgan, BCBA, lBA
Clinical Supervisor
Brigette began her career in 2007 as a peer model for individuals with developmental disabilities. Brigette graduated in 2013 with a degree in Special Education and started teaching for Lincoln Public Schools. In 2023, Brigette shifted her career to focus on early intervention services at Autism Services of Lincoln and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Brigette is married to her husband, Nick, and they have two children. In her spare time, you can find her playing outside with her children, gardening, and making food from scratch.

Treana SPADT, BCBA
Clinical Supervisor
​Treana began her career working with children diagnosed with autism in 2020 as a Registered Behavior Technician. Treana graduated with her masters of science in special education and Applied Behavior Analysis from Purdue University and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Treana lives with her fiance, Keilan, their husky, Khora, and their cat, Blake. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, and walking her dog!

Michal Bade
Clinical Supervisor
Michal obtained her BCBA certification in March 2025 and has been providing Applied Behavior Analysis services since 2021. Michal received her Master’s degree in ABA at St. Cloud State University and received her Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification following completion. Michal’s interest in ABA started while working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Some hobbies include reading, hand embroidering, and hanging out with family.

Hannnah frank
BCBA Intern
Hannah began working in ABA when she received her RBT certification in 2022. She has lived in Lincoln her entire life and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 2023. She enjoys seeing the positive impact that ABA has on the clients and families we serve so she decided to pursue graduate school at St. Cloud State University. She is currently working towards a Master’s degree in ABA with plans to become a BCBA. In her free time, Hannah enjoys going for runs, hiking and cooking new recipes.

Brian votava
Business & Finance Manager
Brian was born and raised in Lincoln where he attended the University of Nebraska and obtained a degree in Business Administration. After college he entered the education finance field, where he stayed for 17 years. Most recently he worked with school districts across the country establishing Title I programs in schools. Brian joined Autism Services of Lincoln in December of 2024 to manage finance and human resources. He is married with two boys who keep him very busy. In his spare time, he enjoys cycling, music, movies, reading and chasing his kids.

Anna Steinman
Office Administrator
Anna is a lifetime resident of Lincoln who transitioned to the ABA field after working in childcare for many years. Anna received her RBT certification in June of 2022 and worked as an RBT for nearly 2 years at Autism Services of Lincoln before transitioning to her new role as Office Administrator. Anna is excited to serve Lincoln's autism community in new and different ways through this new role. In her free time, Anna loves going to garage sales and thrift stores, traveling to the mountains, and cooking at home with her fiance.

JOHN DOUGLAS
RBT Supervisor - Lincolnshire
John attended college at Doane University in Crete, NE, where he graduated with a degree in psychology in 2016. From there, John got into the education realm and started working as a behavior interventionist in the Individual Success Program (ISP) with LPS. John's wife, Dylan, grew up in Lincoln and owns a local boutique called Willow + Sage. They have 2 fur babies: a 10-year-old French Bulldog named Libby and a 3-year-old Australian Shepherd named Mercury. ​​​​

Laney uher
RBT Supervisor - Lincolnshire
Laney received her RBT certification in April of 2023. She attended Southeast Community College in 2019 and graduated with a Certificate of Medical Assisting. She has experience working at a childcare center for seven years, and has always had a passion for working with children. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends and going on walks.​​​

Sydney Janzen
RBT Supervisor - Williamsburg
Sydney received her RBT certification in March of 2024. Before her certification, she worked in the food service industry, but knew she wanted to find something more fulfilling in behavioral therapy. "I have a young nephew diagnosed with autism, and he’s not only the coolest kid I know, but I saw him blossom over the years with the help of ABA." She lives in Lincoln with her older sister, and in her free time she loves to cook, read, crochet, and spend time outside.

Dakota nilsen
RBT Supervisor - Williamsburg
Dakota received his RBT certification in April of 2024. Dakota grew up in Lincoln and graduated from Lincoln High School. After high school, he played 1 year of college football for Midland University in Fremont, NE. Dakota returned to Lincoln and began working in child care. He worked for 7 years at Fundamentals Athletic Academy while also working for 5 years in Lux Middle School’s ISP program as a Behavior Interventionist. ​​

Tristan petz
Tristan received her RBT certification in August of 2019. After working in the ABA field for a year and a half, Tristan began working at Autism Services of Lincoln and fell in love with the field, her clients, and her coworkers. Tristan is now the RBT Supervisor and takes pride in helping the RBT’s grow in their roles as they work to improve the lives of their clients. In the summer, Tristan enjoys water activities such as swimming and tubing. Tristan’s favorite past times in the cold months are to binge watch TV shows with a nice cup of hot chocolate.​​​​​

Kaitlyn Peven
Kaitlyn received her RBT certification in February of 2024. Prior to working for Autism Services of Lincoln, she lived in Kansas City, Missouri but moved to be closer to family. Kaitlyn worked in childcare and as a server before discovering her love for working in ABA. Kaitlyn enjoys learning from and working with kids on the Autism Spectrum everyday. “With my position, I have the privilege to help kids learn how to use their superpowers.” In her free time, Kaitlyn enjoys hanging with her cat Millie, traveling, skateboarding and learning to play the guitar.​​​​​

​Savannah earned her RBT certification in August of 2023. Savannah has previous experience providing in-home ABA but felt a clinic-based environment was a better fit. Savannah found her love for helping kids diagnosed with autism from a very young age as she has 2 close family members with autism. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her crazy 3 cats, spending time with family, traveling, and watching sports.​​​​​

Sydnee Brummond
Sydnee received her RBT Certification in October 2024. Sydnee began nannying early in life and later worked as an assistant teacher in the school system. "My experiences working with children have given me a deep understanding of their unique needs and behaviors." Sydnee is currently attending the University of Nebraska-Lincoln (UNL) for clinical psychology, where she gained a solid foundation in understanding child development and behavioral interventions. Sydnee most enjoys watching client progress and growth over time.

Haleigh roberts
Haleigh received her RBT Certification in March of 2025. Haleigh grew up in small town Norfolk Nebraska! She has always had an interest in helping kids obtain life skills and find themselves. Haleigh's love for children stems from her mother operating an in-home daycare throughout her early childhood. Haleigh enjoys reading spend time with family and spending time with her pit bull.

Mandy sims
Mandy is originally from Denver, Colorado and is pursuing a degree in Psychology at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. She has six years of experience working in childcare settings and a year as a Special Education Para in Colorado. She has always loved working with children and would like to pursue a degree to become a Clinical Psychologist. Mandy loves arts and crafts in her free time and going on adventures with her family.​​

Hanna cervantes
Hannah received her RBT certification in November of 2024. Hannah was born in Mexico but grew up in Lincoln speaking Spanish my whole life. Before working in ABA, Hanna worked in childcare and loved the field. Hanna was introduced to ABA when one of her kiddos that she worked with had an RBT. She did some research and fell in love with idea. Hannah has seen how much ABA can make a positive impact on lives of children. In her free time she enjoys hanging out with my cat and reading books. ​​​​​​

Jackson Eppert
Jackson received his RBT certification in January 2025. Jackson is currently attending Southeast Community College with plans to transfer to the University of Nebraska-Lincoln to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education. Outside of academic and professional pursuits, Jackson enjoys spending time with his dog, connecting with friends and family, staying active through fitness, and watching movies.

Maya received her RBT certification in June of 2024. Maya spent time pursuing a Bachelor of Arts and is now pursuing a Master of Arts. Prior to joining our team, Maya had experience at an ABA clinic in Omaha before making a move to Lincoln. She loves being in the ABA field and plans on growing with her ABA grad program through Ball state. Mayas love to see kids progress and enjoys supporting them with skills that they will need and help them in life. In her free time, Maya enjoys playing piano, music, and playing disc golf.

NAthan Augustine
Nathan (Nate) received his RBT certification in July of 2025. Nate was born and raised in Columbus, NE, later moving to Lincoln to attend UNL in 2012. Nate started working with Lincoln’s autism community as a para-educator at Lincoln Public Schools’ ISP program at Humann Elementary. He loved teaching the kids he worked with new skills in fun and creative ways. He is incredibly excited to do the same at Autism Services of Lincoln. During his free time, Nate enjoys biking, spending time with his nieces and nephews, playing video games, playing disc golf, and going on camping adventures with his girlfriend, Erin, and his spoiled labradoodle, Millie.

Ashtyn Cheetsos
Ashtyn received her RBT certification in July 2025. She recently graduated with from UNL with Bachelor’s degree in Psychology is pursuing her Masters in Counseling through Doane starting this fall. Ashtyn was introduced to ABA through her coursework and it seemed like the perfect fit for her. "I’m excited to see where this job will take me" Outside of work, you can find Ashtyn camping, paddle boarding, or watching reality TV.

Taylor received her RBT certification in January of 2025 and has always had a passion for inclusion and equality for those with physical and intellectual disabilities. Taylor has multiple people in her personal life who are diagnosed with disabilities and also has 12 years of experience working at Apace supporting adults with disabilities. Taylor learned about ABA while teaching kiddos lessons at Float4Life. In her free time, she loves volunteering with Special Olympics Softball, traveling to other countries and being at home crafting or gardening.

Heather braun
Heather received her RBT certification in June of 2025. She is currently working towards a psychology degree with plans to pursue adolescent clinical psychology in the future. Heather has 4 years of experience as a toddler teacher and has always had a deep passion for childcare. In her experience with children, she has grown a deep passion for advocating and helping children similarly to how she advocates for her sibling who is on the spectrum. In her free time, she loves to sing, color/craft, go for walks/hikes, and hangout with her sweet kitty!

Emalee Grasmick
Emalee received her RBT certification in May 2025. Prior to that, Emalee worked as a special education paraprofessional at LPS for two years. She has been involved in the special needs community since I she was 12 and has always known that she wanted to make a difference in the lives of others. "Supporting children as they grow and learn brings me so much joy." In her free time, she enjoys doing crafts and spending time outdoors.

Leo is a Goldendoodle and received his Canine Good Citizen certification through the American Kennel Club in June of 2021. Leo loves attention and spending time with others. In his spare time he enjoys playing hide and seek, napping, and eating peanut butter and popcorn
