Autism Services of Lincoln provides our clients with the most dedicated and passionate professionals. In 2020, Autism Services of Lincoln opened its doors to clients in and around the city of Lincoln, Nebraska. Our mission has been to provide individualized, quality care in a safe environment.

Lindsay Stanley, BCBA, LMHP

Clinical Supervisor 
Owner

Lindsay began her career working with children diagnosed with autism in 2001 implementing ABA Therapy in the home.  A native of Lincoln, Nebraska, she received her bachelor's degree (2004) in Speech and Language Pathology from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and her master's degree (2009) in Applied Behavior Analysis from St. Cloud State University.  Lindsay has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst since 2009 and a Nebraska Licensed Mental Health Practitioner since 2011. She is a board member of Autism Family Network as well as ARC of Lincoln and has a passion for supporting children and families.  Lindsay is married with two young girls and enjoys traveling and home renovating projects.

Anna Delaney, BCBA

Clinical Director

Anna Delaney began her career working with children diagnosed with autism in 2008 and has experience working in both in-home and center based programs.  Anna is originally from Kansas City and received her bachelor’s degree (2013) from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a major in Psychology and minors in Child, Youth, and Family studies and Spanish.  Anna graduated with her master’s degree (2018) in Applied Behavior Analysis from St. Cloud State University and has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst since 2019.  Anna has over five years of experience implementing ABA therapy with children with autism and has a passion for serving children and families in the autism community.  Anna is married with a son and twin girls.  In her spare time she enjoys spending time with family.

Julia Smith, BCBA

Assistant Clinical Director

Julia began her career working with children diagnosed with autism in 2019 as a Registered Behavior Technician. Julia is originally from Northeastern South Dakota and received her bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Studies with a minor in Psychology from South Dakota State University. Julia graduated with her master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Julia lives with her husband, Corbin, her son Callum and her goldendoodle, Cane. In her spare time she enjoys hanging out with her family, traveling, and playing board games with her friends and family!

Brigette Morgan, BCBA

Clinical Supervisor

Brigette began her career in 2007 as a peer model for individuals with developmental disabilities within a community social skills club. Her love for inclusion and teaching life skills guided her to pursue an educational degree from the University of Nebraska, Lincoln. Brigette graduated in 2013 with a degree in Special Education and started teaching for Lincoln Public Schools at East High School. Brigette taught various life skills courses for students diagnosed with disabilities. During the summer months, Brigette continued to expand her knowledge by attending trainings across the state on curriculum and assessment tools tailored for individuals with disabilities. While attending these trainings, Brigette discovered her love for applied behavior analysis and began her master's degree in psychology, specializing in ABA. In 2018, Brigette graduated from Capella University with a master's degree and advanced to a district position as a special education team leader for Lincoln Public Schools. As a team leader, she expanded the curriculum and training for life skills teachers in grades K-12 and provided direct behavioral coaching for students across the district. In 2023, Brigette shifted her career to focus on early intervention services at Autism Services of Lincoln and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Brigette is married to her husband, Nick, and they have two children. In her spare time, you can find her playing outside with her children, gardening, and making food from scratch.

Amanda Menagh

Business Manager

Originally from western Nebraska, Amanda moved to Lincoln in 2002 to pursue her education.  She received her associates degree in Human Services from Southeast Community College (2007) and her Bachelor's in Behavioral Sciences from Bellevue University (2010).  Amanda began her career working with children in the child welfare system in 2004.  She continued her career working in direct care and working with at-risk youth and families. In 2013 Amanda began working in the Administrative area.  She has over 10 years of insurance and billing experience.  Amanda is married with 2 children and enjoys spending her free time doing things with her family.

Anna Steinman

Office Administrator

Anna received her RBT certification in June 2022. Anna is a lifetime resident of Lincoln and enjoys spending time with family and cooking with her boyfriend. She has always been passionate about engaging with children. She has worked as a child care teacher and special education para educator with Lincoln Public Schools. Anna was excited to transition into ABA therapy and believes that early intervention is key to children’s development.

Treana Anderson

Registered Behavior Technician - BCBA Intern

Treana obtained her Registered Behavior Technician certification in October 2020.  She spent many years nannying until she found the Applied Behavior Analysis field.  She is graduated from Doane University in 2021 and is pursuing her Masters degree at Purdue University.  Treana plans to pursue further education in order to acquire her Board Certified Behavior Analyst.  Treana enjoys reading as well as going on walks with her dog.

Tristan Petz Johnson

Registered Behavior Technician - RBT Supervisor

Tristan graduated from Peru State College in May 2019 with a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education Inclusive.  While working in a daycare between college courses, Tristan worked with two children diagnosed with Autism.  This peaked her interest and upon moving to Lincoln, Tristan had a desire to learn more about Applied Behavior Analysis.  Tristan received her RBT certification in August 2019.  Tristan one day aspires to be an early education classroom teacher.  In her spare time, Tristan enjoys spending time with her friends and family as well as relaxing on her couch while reading or watching TV.

Tori Albertus

Registered Behavior Technician

Tori received her RBT certification in May of 2021. She has a passion for working with children and helping others. She finds joy in seeing the progress children on the spectrum make when attending ABA therapy, and loves to be an active participant in that progress. Tori is currently attending the University of Nebraska at Kearny to gain her Bachelors of Science in Psychology. She then plans to attend graduate school to obtain her Masters in Applied Behavioral Analysis. In her spare time, Tori loves listening to Taylor Swift, playing with her dog, and planning her next hiking adventure with her husband.

Hannah Frank

Registered Behavioral Technician

Hannah received her RBT certification in October 2022. She completed her undergrad at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. She is currently working towards her Masters degree and plans to become a BCBA upon completion. In her free time, Hannah enjoys yoga, cycling, and cooking new recipes!

Taylor Arsiaga

Registered Behavior Technician

Taylor received her RBT certification in November 2022.  Taylor received her BA degree from Bellevue University in Psychology and was recently accepted into the Masters of Counseling program at Doane University.  Taylor enjoys cooking, yoga, and spending time with family.

Kalli McQuitty

Registered Behavior Technician

Kalli received her RBT certification in April of 2023. She graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in December of 2021 with a major in Child, Youth and Family Studies, with an emphasis in psychology and sociology. She has worked with youth for over 5 years, including experience working at a community center and a youth homeless shelter. In her free time she enjoys spending time with family, cooking and reading books.

Laney Uher

Registered Behavior Technician

Laney received her RBT certification in April of 2023. Laney attended Southeast Community College in 2019 and graduated with a Certificate of Medical Assisting. Laney has experience working at a childcare center for seven years, and has always had a passion for working with children. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends and going on walks.

Rian Goddard

Registered Behavior Technician

Rian received her RBT certification in 2021 and graduated from Maryville University in 2023 with her bachelor's degree in Communication Science and Disorders. Rian has a pit bull terrier mix named Maple, and has been with her boyfriend Justin for over 4 years. When Rian first started as an RBT, she instantly loved being around kids all the time and wanted to continue to help them transition into a school setting.

Shayna Wirges

Registered Behavior Technician

Shayna was raised on a farm near Petersburg before making Lincoln her home 20 years ago. She made quite the career shift when she earned her RBT certification in May 2023 and found her passion in “assisting incredible kids to realize their super powers and how to use them.” She loves being an aunt, volunteering for Girls on the Run, and being a part of FiA Lincoln. She is a slow but happy runner and owner of an excessive amount of race tshirts. She enjoys laughing every day with her husband Chris, as well as their 3 rescue animals, Eleanor Rogue, Amelia Charlotte and Xena Warrior Princess.

Celeste Hellbusch

Registered Behavior Technician

Celeste received her Registered Behavior Technician certification in February 2023. She enjoys helping people of all ages and is driven by compassion! Before obtaining her certification, Celeste spent many years nannying, helping out at her mom’s inhome daycare, and caregiving for the elderly. Outside of ABA, she loves to sing, write music, play piano, and be involved at church. Some hobbies include weight lifting, reading, painting, traveling, being outdoors, and spending time with loved ones. Celeste believes that by being a light for others not only betters their situations, but continuously shapes her into becoming the best version of who she’s called to be!

John Douglas

Registered Behavior Technician

John grew up in Tilden, Nebraska. John attended college at Doane University in Crete, NE,  where he graduated with a degree in psychology in 2016. After college, John worked retail before working at Cedars Youth Services as a street outreach specialist for about 3 years. From there, John got into the education realm and started working as a behavior interventionist in the Individual Success Program (ISP) with LPS. "I am excited to continue learning and growing with Autism Services of Lincoln!" John's wife, Dylan, grew up in Lincoln and owns a local boutique called Willow + Sage. They have 2 fur babies: a 10-year-old French Bulldog named Libby and a 3-year-old Australian Shepherd named Mercury. John enjoys getting outside, taking the pups for walks, traveling, working on house projects, and getting ice cream. Some of his hobbies include running and working out, playing guitar/singing, and playing Mario Kart.

Savannah Wounded Arrows

Registered Behavior Technician

Savannah earned her RBT certification in August of 2023. Savannah studied elementary education at Southeast Community College, and has previous experience providing in-home ABA but felt a clinic-based environment was a better fit. She loves being able to make great connections and relationships with all of the kiddos at Autism Services of Lincoln. “I found my love for helping kids diagnosed with autism from a very young age as I have 2 close family members with autism. They have shown me firsthand the endless possibilities that ABA has given them and I’m honored to be able to help other kiddos do the same!” In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her crazy 3 cats, spending time with family, traveling, and watching sports.

Leo

Therapy Dog

Leo is a 2 year old Goldendoodle and received his Canine Good Citizen certification through the American Kennel Club in June of 2021.  Leo loves attention and spending time with others.  In his spare time he enjoys playing hide and seek, napping, and eating peanut butter and popcorn.
