Lindsay Stanley, BCBA, LMHP
Clinical Supervisor
Owner
Lindsay began her career working with children diagnosed with autism in 2001 implementing ABA Therapy in the home. A native of Lincoln, Nebraska, she received her bachelor's degree (2004) in Speech and Language Pathology from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and her master's degree (2009) in Applied Behavior Analysis from St. Cloud State University. Lindsay has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst since 2009 and a Nebraska Licensed Mental Health Practitioner since 2011. She is a board member of Autism Family Network as well as ARC of Lincoln and has a passion for supporting children and families. Lindsay is married with two young girls and enjoys traveling and home renovating projects.

Anna Delaney, BCBA
Clinical Supervisor
Anna Delaney began her career working with children diagnosed with autism in 2008 and has experience working in both in-home and center based programs. Anna is originally from Kansas City and received her bachelor’s degree (2013) from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a major in Psychology and minors in Child, Youth, and Family studies and Spanish. Anna graduated with her master’s degree (2018) in Applied Behavior Analysis from St. Cloud State University and has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst since 2019. Anna has over five years of experience implementing ABA therapy with children with autism and has a passion for serving children and families in the autism community. Anna is married with a son and twin girls. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with family.

Julia Smith, BCBA
Clinical Supervisor
Julia began her career working with children diagnosed with autism in 2019 as a Registered Behavior Technician. Julia is originally from Northeastern South Dakota and received her bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Studies with a minor in Psychology from South Dakota State University. Julia graduated with her master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Julia lives with her husband, Corbin, and her 1-year-old goldendoodle, Cane. In her spare time she enjoys hanging out with her pup, traveling, and playing board games with her friends and family!

Amanda Menagh
Business Manager
Originally from western Nebraska, Amanda moved to Lincoln in 2002 to pursue her education. She received her associates degree in Human Services from Southeast Community College (2007) and her Bachelor's in Behavioral Sciences from Bellevue University (2010). Amanda began her career working with children in the child welfare system in 2004. She continued her career working in direct care and working with at-risk youth and families. In 2013 Amanda began working in the Administrative area. She has over 9 years of insurance and billing experience. Amanda is married with 2 children and enjoys spending her free time doing things with her family.

Greta Skolaut
Registered Behavior Technician Supervisor
Greta began implementing ABA therapy in 2018 through an in-home clinic, later moving on to a center environment where she obtained her RBT certification. Through the years, Greta has not only been passionate about implementing ABA and working 1:1 with clients, but training staff on these techniques as well. In her spare time, Greta enjoys golfing with her husband and preparing to welcome home their new baby.

Lyndzie Moyer
Administrative Assistant
In May 2020, Lyndzie received her BA degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in Elementary and Special Education. Prior to receiving her RBT certificate in September 2020, she worked as an in-home independent ABA provider for 5 years. Lyndzie enjoys spending time with her husband, is a proud aunt to her two nieces, and a proud mom to her cat, Moomoo.

Treana Anderson
Registered Behavior Technician - Intern
Treana obtained her Registered Behavior Technician certification in October 2020. She spent many years nannying until she found the Applied Behavior Analysis field. She is currently attending Doane University to obtain her bachelors degree in Human Relations. Treana plans to pursue further education in order to acquire her Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification as well as her Mental Health Practitioner license. Treana enjoys reading as well as going on walks with her dog.

Madi Warner
Registered Behavior Technician - Intern
Madi received her RBT certification in August 2021 and could not be more excited for the road ahead. She has been working with children for 4 years and wants to continue working with this population as she moves forward in her career. Madi studied Speech Pathology at the University of Nebraska Lincoln and received her bachelor’s in Communication Sciences and Disorders. She has also completed her Masters in Psychology and is working as an intern here to pursue her future goals of becoming an early intervention Board Certified Behavior Analyst. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, baking, going to the lake and spending time with her friends and family.

Tori Albertus
Registered Behavior Technician - Group Leader
Tori received her RBT certification in May of 2021. Tori has always had a great interest in working with children. She began her experience in Applied Behavior Analysis after getting a nanny job working with a boy who was diagnosed with autism. This job made Tori realize her true passion for working with kids on the spectrum and helping others. She plans on going back to school in the future with hopes to advance in the ABA field. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, and going to the lake with her husband and dog!

Elisabeth DeCocker
Registered Behavior Technician
Elisabeth received her RBT certification in August 2020. Elisabeth graduated in 2010 with a BA in Primary Education from the Hogent College in Ghent, Belgium, where she was born and raised. Elisabeth continued with a Post Graduate year in International Development that lead her to work as an educator in Honduras for six months. She then worked as a first-grade teacher in Belgium followed by four years as a Special Education teacher for students residing in a psychiatric hospital. In 2016 Elisabeth moved to the U.S. and started working as a Paraprofessional and 8th grade Science and Math teacher for the Katherine Anne Porter School in Wimberley, Texas. In her spare time, Elisabeth enjoys illustrating, gardening and the outdoors.

Tristan Petz Johnson
Registered Behavior Technician
Tristan graduated from Peru State College in May 2019 with a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education Inclusive. While working in a daycare between college courses, Tristan worked with two children diagnosed with Autism. This peaked her interest and upon moving to Lincoln, Tristan had a desire to learn more about Applied Behavior Analysis. Tristan received her RBT certification in August 2019. Tristan one day aspires to be an early education classroom teacher. In her spare time, Tristan enjoys spending time with her friends and family as well as relaxing on her couch while reading or watching TV.

Madi Pratt
Registered Behavior Technician
Madi graduated in August 2020 from the University of Nebraska Lincoln with a bachelor's degree in psychology. Madi began her experience in ABA after working with a child diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder at a daycare. She became a Registered Behavior Technician in November 2017. In her spare time, Madi enjoys spending time outside as well as spending time with her family and friends.

Isaac Miller
Registered Behavior Technician
Isaac received his RBT Certification in May 2021. At the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, Isaac is working towards a degree in Secondary English Language Arts Education, where he is currently a junior. He has a passion for working with youth of all ages and loves helping others learn and grow in everything they do. Isaac is looking forward to beginning his journey into Applied Behavior Analysis and work as a Registered Behavior Technician. In his spare time, Isaac loves to watch movies and tv shows, read, and hang out with friends and family.

Marwa Eissa
Registered Behavior Technician
In June 2020, Marwa received her Registered Behavior Technician certification after graduating from the University of Nebraska - Lincoln. Marwa graduated with a bachelor's degree in Psychology and minor degree in Child, Youth and Family studies. She is currently planning to return to school to obtain her master's degree in counseling. During her free time, Marwa enjoys learning to sew, draw, and exploring new food places in Lincoln.

Anna Steinman
Registered Behavior Technician
Anna received her RBT certification in June 2022. Anna is a lifetime resident of Lincoln and enjoys spending time with family and cooking with her boyfriend. She has always been passionate about engaging with children. She has worked as a child care teacher and special education para educator with Lincoln Public Schools. Anna was excited to transition into ABA therapy and believes that early intervention is key to children’s development.

Valerie Powers
Registered Behavior Technician
Valerie received her Registered Behavior Technician certification in June 2022. Valerie has lived in Nebraska her whole life, and graduated from the University of Nebraska Lincoln with a psychology major in December of 2022. She plans on returning to school to further her education in psychology. She loves to bake, cook, and watch Marvel movies.

Lisa May
Registered Behavior Technician
In 2011, Lisa received her BS degree in Psychology from Worcester State University. Lisa has been working with children diagnosed with autism since 2015 and received her RBT certification in 2018. Lisa enjoys road trips, concerts, ice skating, and spending time outside.

Hannah Frank
Registered Behavioral Technician
Hannah received her RBT certification in October 2022. She is in her fourth year attending school at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. She is currently working towards her undergraduate degree in Psychology with a minor in Business. She is expecting to graduate in May 2023 and then go on to further her education within the field of Psychology. In her free time, Hannah enjoys yoga, cycling, and cooking new recipes!

Taylor Arsiaga
Registered Behavior Technician
Taylor received her RBT certification in November 2022. Taylor received her BA degree from Bellevue University in Psychology and was recently accepted into the Masters of Counseling program at Doane University. Taylor enjoys cooking, yoga, and spending time with family.

Lyda Boyer
Registered Behavior Technician
Lyda received her RBT certification in October 2022. She moved from Omaha to Lincoln in 2012 and attended Nebraska Wesleyan University. She graduated with a degree in Studio Art, with an emphasis in Psychology, Philosophy, and Spanish. Lyda has explored many avenues but has always had an overarching passion for working with kiddos and finding a way to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others. She is excited to be in the field of ABA and continue to incorporate energy, enthusiasm, and creativity in her work.

Hannah Crouse
Registered Behavior Technician
Hannah received her RBT certification in November 2022. Hannah is a mom of four children and has worked with individuals with developmental disabilities, of all ages, for many years. With having the experience in different settings (in-home, school, and vocational), she believes the importance of early intervention and strives to be part of giving people the stepping stones they need to succeed.

Hannah Campbell
Registered Behavior Technician
Hannah received her RBT certification in November 2022. She plans to finish her Bachelors in Psychology with a Minor in Spanish, and then continue her education in Psychology. Hannah enjoys art, music, cooking, and spending time with her dog, cat, turtle, and family.

Sidney Olson
Registered Behavior Technician
Sidney received her RBT certification in January of 2023. Sidney is graduating with her Child, Youth, and Family Studies undergraduate degree in May of 2023. In the fall, she will attend the University of Nebraska-Omaha to pursue a Masters of Science in School Counseling. During her free time, Sidney enjoys swing dancing, photography, reading, and spending time with friends.

Kalli Novak
Registered Behavior Technician
Kalli received her RBT certification in April of 2023. She graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in December of 2021 with a major in Child, Youth and Family Studies, with an emphasis in psychology and sociology. She has worked with youth for over 5 years, including experience working at a community center and a youth homeless shelter. In her free time she enjoys spending time with family, cooking and reading books.

Laney Uher
Registered Behavior Technician
Laney received her RBT certification in April of 2023. Laney attended Southeast Community College in 2019 and graduated with a Certificate of Medical Assisting. Laney has experience working at a childcare center for seven years, and has always had a passion for working with children. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends and going on walks.

Rian Goddard
Registered Behavior Technician
Rian received her RBT certification in 2021 and graduated from Maryville University in 2023 with her bachelor's degree in Communication Science and Disorders. Rian has a pit bull terrier mix named Maple, and has been with her boyfriend Justin for over 4 years. When Rian first started as an RBT, she instantly loved being around kids all the time and wanted to continue to help them transition into a school setting.

Leo
Therapy Dog
Leo is a 2 year old Goldendoodle and received his Canine Good Citizen certification through the American Kennel Club in June of 2021. Leo loves attention and spending time with others. In his spare time he enjoys playing hide and seek, napping, and eating peanut butter and popcorn.
